Jenson Fisher, have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an established organisation based in South Ayrshire to recruit an enthusiastic Finance Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term contract with possibility for the role to go permanent. This role offers the chance to be part of a small friendly team.

The main duties:

  • Updating and creating Excel spreadsheets
  • Process documentation
  • Transferring of complex data into a financial system
  • Covering purchase and sales ledger duties
  • Any other finance administration duties

The main requirements:

  • Previous finance administration experience
  • Highly proficient in Excel
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and accurately
  • Good IT skills
