Jenson Fisher, have been engaged on an exclusive basis by an established organisation based in South Ayrshire to recruit an enthusiastic Finance Administrator on a 12 month Fixed Term contract with possibility for the role to go permanent. The main duties:
- Updating and creating Excel spreadsheets
- Process documentation
- Transferring of complex data into a financial system
- Covering purchase and sales ledger duties
- Any other finance administration duties
The main requirements:
- Previous finance administration experience
- Highly proficient in Excel
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work quickly and accurately
- Good IT skills
