Team Leader - Out of Hours - Taunton - £20,000 to £23,000 Benefits
Hours: 37.5 per week core hours 9am to 5.30pm on Saturday and Sunday and a rota of night shifts and on-call responsibility to be agreed. The role is a combination of office and carrying out homeworker visits.

In this position you will be managing a team of Emergency Claims handlers, with performance, coaching, mentoring and ensuring that excellent customer service is delivered.
As well as offering in-house 12-module building training course, they encourage, fund and support employees to seek professional qualifications, including NVQs and Chartered Insurance Institute qualifications.
In this role you will provide comprehensive administrative support whilst dealing with the incoming and outgoing customer calls for various housing developers and insurance clients.

What’s needed for me to be considered?
- Extensive experience in a customer service role
- Experience in coaching and supporting members of staff
- Excellent knowledge of the emergency processes
- Previous experience in a team leader/management position
- Excellent communication, customer service, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- GCSE's or equivalent
- Good IT skills
- Previous Insurance knowledge desirable but not essential
