We are delighted to be recruiting for an Accounts Assistant/Book keeper to work for a successful family business based in Cradley Heath.

The main duties will be:

o Sage Line 50 / Sage Payroll / Microsoft / E-mails
o Full responsibility of S/L, P/L and Payroll
o Month End Reports
o Month End Profit / Loss
o Setting up new account and credit limits
o Bank Reconciliation
o Bank Financing - Bank Reconciliation
o Send month end reports to Bank Financing
o Clearing Debit Notes and raising Credit Notes where applicable
o Dealing with carrier firms
o First point of contact for the telephone

The candidate will possess the following skills:

o Previous experience within a bookkeeping role
o Proficient use of Sage
o If you have worked in small office environment that would be advantageous
o Excellent telephone manner
o Ability to deal with people at all levels
