A permanent Credit Control job opportunity based in Windsor

Client Details

A UK based business support organisation with offices based in central Windsor

Description

Collect outstanding debts in a timely and efficient manner, working with minimum supervision on collection of overdue accounts

Actively chasing debt via telephone and email

Take responsibility for own ledger and key accounts

Customer query resolution Review aged debts and escalate issues

Process all receipts on the systems

Make adjustments to customer accounts as required

Sales ledger administration (cash allocation and raising credit notices)

Statement reconciliations

Profile

Excellent communication skills

Credit control or debt collection background

Knowledge of Excel

Excellent attention to detail

Able to work in a busy and fast paced environment
