You will be a member of the Project Support Team responsible for project management and co-ordination of works relating to the Capital Programme within Education & Children’s Services, Perth and Kinross Council.
Your duties will involve the management of projects including writing project briefs, financial monitoring, undertaking public consultation, risk analysis, supporting Heads of Establishments and liaising with key stakeholders. You will be responsible for ensuring strict project governance including report writing and budget management.
This post requires a highly motivated person who has effective interpersonal and communication skills together with the ability to meet tight deadlines. A current valid driving licence is essential.

You should have the ability to work under pressure and manage projects ensuring strict governance to strict timescales.
Excellent organisational skills with attention to detail and be flexible with the ability to undertake a variety of tasks.
Ability to deal effectively with staff, managers and other professionals, internally and externally.
Show commitment to high quality customer care and demonstrate excellent communication skills to converse with a variety of stakeholders.
You should have budget monitoring experience with the ability to monitor and control large budgets.
Travel within Perth and Kinross will be necessary within this post therefore a current full driving licence is required.
