Page Personnel has an exciting new role working for a huge company in the heart of Liverpool City Centre. The successful Payroll Administrator will work on a permanent basis reporting into the Finance Manager. This role offers an extremely competitive salary and a range of excellent benefits.

The successful Payroll Administrator will be:

-Processing monthly payrolls for over a high volume of staff

-Inputting new starters, leavers, bonuses, overtime, sick and unpaid leave, expenses, childcare vouchers, travel allowances, pensions onto the systems.

-Liaising with HMRC and submit tax, NI, p45, p46s and p11d's

-Process year end payroll

-Dealing with all payroll queries

-Ensuring that the business is complying with all current HMRC legislation

-Contribute to issues / policy changes


The successful Payroll Administrator MUST have the below qualities:

-Excellent systems knowledge

-Advanced Excel skills

-Enthusiastic work attitude

-Able to work to deadlines

-Able to make decisions independently

-Able to work as part of a team environment

-Full end to end payroll processing knowledge

-Strong attention to detail
