We are currently searching for a Reasearch & Data Manager to join a leading group of international schools. The successful candidate will provide on-demand research and analysis in relation to both student and school performance. You will work on a range of projects across all education initiatives.

The Role:

We seek a talented, qualified and experienced, research and data professional with an affinity for education to accelerate the great work achieved to date and lead/support in the following key areas, but not limited to:

  • Support action research initiatives by collating reports and summarising key findings

  • Work with the education team to train data managers in school in data presentation and analysis

  • Support schools in understanding and presenting their own data, thus providing more compelling cases for parents

  • Support the Director of Health and Safety and the regional leads in providing accurate, timely and effective reports

  • Support the implementation of the standardised testing regime in schools and ensure its effective use and reporting

  • Collect, collate and analyse school performance data and provide reports for education team and Exco (the group executive committee), identifying trends and anomalies

The Successful Candidate will possess

  • A first degree or equivalent evidence of analytical, communication and problem-solving ability.

  • Excellent IT skills, with experience in using Excel, statistical analysis software and computer-assisted qualitative data analysis software.

  • Experience of using and analysing large-scale datasets with an understanding of statistical applications.

  • Experience in collecting, analysing and presenting evidence in order to produce reports, practical outputs and policy recommendations.
