We have an upcoming opportunity and are accepting speculative CV's from CMI Qualified Assessors in application. Applicants must be able to deliver up to Level 5 and above in higher level Management.

Ideally you will be located within easy reach of road links and willing to travel on a daily basis with access to your own reliable vehicle.

Smart Training and Recruitment are delivering Apprenticeships in the workplace and are looking for a Training Advisor / Assessor to cover learners accros the South.

This role is being offered on a Freelance part time permanent basis where you will be based from home and visiting learners and employers in the workplace.

This role is to teach, train and assess learners

The ideal candidate will have solid experience of e-portfolio and be able to deliver and be confident to deliver Functional Skills in English and Maths and ICT

You will be a self-starter who is able to reach well informed and clear decisions.

You must possess excellent organisation, communication and administration skills and hold a full UK driving License and own reliable vehicle.·

Assess and support learners working towards full Apprenticeship frameworks and new standards delivering and ensuring completion at various sites

Visiting and observing Apprentices in the workplace to gather evidence towards their qualifications

Delivering full Apprenticeship frameworks, including Functional Skills

Maintaining an electronic Portfolio of learners’ progression

Building and developing relationships with Employers


Assessor - CAVA / TAQA /A1/ V1 or equivalent

Candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to work remotely and effectively
