Temporary to permanent opportunity for an immediately available Purchase Ledger Clerk.
Your new company
I'm excited to be recruiting for a well established company in central Suffolk who is looking for a Purchase Ledger Clerk to join them on an initial temporary basis, with the view of becoming permanent. This client has a great work ethic, strong company value and really pride themselves on their employee's.
Your new role
You will undertake the Purchase Ledger duties in a sole based role. Some of your duties including processing invoices, inputting purchase order numbers, bank reconciliations, supplier payment runs, investigation of queries, data integrity and preparation of period reports. You will be in a small team of 4, assisting with other team members duties as required so it is a great opportunity for someone looking to further their skills in other areas.
What you'll need to succeed
In order to be successful you will have previous experience working in a accounts department, carrying out similar duties. You will be able to work well under pressure and have the ability to work to tight deadlines. You will need to be able to start immediately and knowledge of Quickbooks would be beneficial, but not essential.
What you'll get in return
In return you will receive a competitive salary of £20,000. The organisation offer 21 days holiday + bank holidays and also offer free on-site parking.
