Service Desk Analyst, Leading Profesional service company based in Brentwood require a Service Desk Analyst
The successful candidates will report to the Service Desk Manager, ensuring the progression and swift resolution of queries with the Service Desk at a 1st and 2nd line level using the technology and skills below:
Good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 7/10.
Basic knowledge of user administration (Active Directory, Exchange/Office365). Good knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
Support on mobile devices/tablets.
Good understanding of Workstation builds and configuration.
