37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm
THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Daily processing of transactional data
- Liaising with Directors and finance teams to resolve queries
- Ensuring all reconciliations are completed
- Ensuring payment runs are scheduled on time.
- Reviewing and chasing payments
Quite simply a decent knowledge of MS Excel (V lookups and Pivot Tables), strong admin skills ideally within a finance capacity and a great telephone manner is required! Apply asap!!
