OVERVIEW

Are you available to start this month and available on an ongoing basis?

Are you looking for a job close to the city centre with parking and an awesome working environment?

Do you have decent Excel skills; including Pivot Tables and V Lookups?

37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30-5pm

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Daily processing of transactional data
  • Liaising with Directors and finance teams to resolve queries
  • Ensuring all reconciliations are completed
  • Ensuring payment runs are scheduled on time.
  • Reviewing and chasing payments

REQUIREMENTS

Quite simply a decent knowledge of MS Excel (V lookups and Pivot Tables), strong admin skills ideally within a finance capacity and a great telephone manner is required! Apply asap!!
