Our client based in Fengate are looking for a strong Returns Team Leader to support a team on a temporary to permanent basis, the role will be working Monday to Friday 8.00am – 5.00pm with the flexibility of working Monday to Friday 6.00am – 3.00pm as and when required.

Responsibilities:
• Prioritise workloads within the Warehouse and Returns department to ensure that SLAs are met in line with customer expectations
• Manage stock movements and contribute to regular layout planning and processing meetings.
• Drive and motivate staff whilst monitoring productivity and performance whilst evaluating skills to optimise resources to achieve maximum efficiency.
• Oversee Health & Safety issues of the area and keep operations area clean and tidy at all times.
• Propose improvements to current working procedures as and when appropriate and attend planning meetings as and when required.
• Work closely with the other managers and Team Leaders as well as with the Supervisor and Logistics Manager.

Requirements:
• Previous Team Leader experience within a similar environment
• Strong communication skills and ability to delegate work to team members
• Creative and independent thinker who can problem solve
• ‘Can do’ attitude and approach as well as being a strong team player
