Switch Consulting are delighted to announce the postion of Regional Manager for the London/Southern Region.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a retailer who has recently undergone a change in ownership, who now has a great deal of financial backing enabling them to grown the senior leadership team and open new sites!

The Role

This role covers around 15 locations including stores and concessions.

As a Regional Manager you will be accountable for reaching and excelling goals and results through inspiring and motivating your teams across the sites. You will lead your people in trading the stores through exceptional customer experience and exciting visual propositions whilst remaining commercial in an ever changing industry.

You will be both hands on managing the day to day operations of the stores and building close relationships with your managers, as well as forward thinking and innovative seeking new ideas and ways to improve sales and profits to achieve both Stores and the Brand goals.
