Electrical Maintenance Engineer - Northampton Double Day Shifts

The company is currently looking to recruit an experienced Electrical Maintenance Fitter/Engineer for their site in Northampton. This is a permanent role and offers excellent remuneration and job security.
The successful applicant will ideally come from an industrial engineering background and will have hands on and recent experience of working with temperature controlled industrial furnaces/ovens and time controller circuits, settings and programmes (a recent working knowledge of switchgears, controllers, PLC's and CNC controlled circuits, hoists is ideal)
Must be able to carry out Planned and Reactive maintenance and prioritise workloads.
Fault finding skills and an understanding of schematics is essential.
Ideally applicants will be apprentice trained, hold City and Guilds Technician Certificate in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, or hold BTec in Electrical Engineering. 17th Edition is highly desirable and multi-skill (electrical/mechanical with electrical bias) also an advantage.
Hours of Work: rotating shift pattern 2pm to 10pm / 6am to 2pm, Monday to Friday. Overtime will be available so a willingness and flexibility to undertake overtime is very important;
