I am working with a school in Stockton that require of a teacher of Science, for an extended role. The role is full-time and will begin in February 2019 and will last until the summer holidays. The role is predominantly KS3 with one year 10 class.

It is essential you have experience teaching Science to KS3 and KS4. You will need to be engaging, hard-working and have a range of good behaviour management skills to draw on the students interests, ensuring that progress is made. You will be teaching a range of abilities and will be encouraged to develop examination intervention strategies.

The school is one of the best locally and have a supportive staff ethos and will provide you with opportunities to access staff programmes and professional development. The successful teacher will work with a team of specialists and will inspire all students to make progress.

The school welcomes applications from both newly-qualified teachers (NQTs) and experienced practitioners.

To be considered for the position of teacher of Science you must:

*Have experience teaching KS3 and KS4
*Deliver inspiring and engaging lessons
*Ensure that all students work their hardest to achieve the highest results
*Hold a recognised UK teaching qualification
