Fundraising Coordinator - Charity
You will take the lead in applying for funding from trusts and foundations and maintaining relationships for this vibrant north London charity.
Your role will see you working alongside the senior management team when completing public sector tenders and providing research support to the CEO as part of the organisation's strategic planning. You will also take the lead on at least two community fundraising events per year with input from colleagues and volunteers. A successful applicant will enjoy playing an active role in working groups for parties, meetings, quiz nights and other internal events and activities.
This is an integral role to the organisation and as such you will feel both needed and relied upon which can be a reward in itself.
A minimum of a year's experience in a fundraising role is essential with related experience in funding research and production of reports and applications. Superb written skills and an ability to communicate information in engaging and effective ways to varied audiences will also be important.
