This position would suit a charismatic proven practitioner who feels ready for increased responsibility or an existing eager KS1 Middle Leader ready for a new challenge. You will have the ability to have a genuine, quantifiable passion for education. You will be able to incorporate the latest teaching techniques into your lessons, ensuring that differentiation is considered in all aspects of practice.
In this KS1 Phase Leader post you will be working to develop Key Stage 1 as part of the middle leadership team. You will be implementing a structured programme for observations and evaluations of staff member. This KS1 Middle Leader position involves running training and development programmes with a strong focus on exceptional practice and innovative teaching.
