Third In Charge Management Team position Oxford Business Park Day Nursery - Awarded "Great Place to Work" for 13 years!

We are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and ambitious Room Leader to oversee the Under 2's at our Oxford Business Park Day Nursery.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
a) Promoting positive relationships with parents, children and colleagues
b) Ensuring health, safety and wellbeing of the children at all times
c) Being a key person carrying out all related responsibilities in building relationships with a small group of children and their families according to the EYFS
d) Overseeing the smooth running and high quality practice within the room
e) Cover management holidays and DSL

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
a) Team Leadership experience preferred.
b) Good experience as a key worker within an early years setting
c) A full and relevant child care qualification (Level 3 and above)
d) A passionate and positive attitude.
You may have experience of the following: Room Leader, Senior Nursery Nurse, Head of Unit, Nursery Practitioner, Baby Supervisor, Room Manager, Nursery Nurse, Early Years Learning Practitioner, Nursery Teacher, Early Years Educator, Preschool Manager, Childminder, Nanny, Au Pair, Governess, Breakfast / After school Clubs Volunteer, Bank Nursery Worker etc.
