Finance Manager/ Bookkeeper - Ely- Part-time (22.5 hours) - Permanent - £30,000 -£35,000 pro rata

Your new company
A growing UK based company in Ely currently seeking a Part - time Finance Manager / Bookkeeper. Hours of work are flexible on across days of the week on 22.5 hours a week.

Your new role
As the Finance Manager you will be solely responsible for performing various duties which include assisting with outstanding invoices and GRN (Good Received Notes) queries, reconciling key supplier statements, purchase orders, banking, collating management accounts 6 monthly, rental invoices and work with contractors and tenants to resolve statement and venue queries as well as general office admin.

You will be responsible for maintaining a good rapport and effective working relationships with tenants, planners, agents, and team members to ensure the smooth running of the office and ensure key decisions are made for optimum management as well as deliver excellent customer service.

What you'll need to succeed
A background and knowledge of finance is key as well as having strong Sage and Excel experience. The successful candidate will have the ability to work to tight deadlines and have excellent communication and organisational skills. What you need to do now
