Due to an extensive period of growth, DigiGroup are currently recruiting for a Finance Administrator to work out of our brand-new offices in Winnersh, Berkshire. Established in 2003 and in our 15th year, we’re looking for exceptional people to join our business.
You will be working in a busy and demanding department handling a high volume of duties, attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks is essential. You will already come from a finance background and have experience working in a fast-paced environment.
Skills & knowledge required:
The ideal candidate must have previous experience in accounts, credit control, filing systems & preferably knowledge of Xero. Additionally, you must be fully computer literate with a good working knowledge of Excel. A pro-active, well-organized & structured work ethic is essential to carry out this role.
You will be required to deal with clients & suppliers on the telephone as well as by email, therefore, a confident professional manner is essential.
Duties will include the day to day running of the company accounts system & ensuring continual smooth running of the administration of the accounts system.
Full training on Xero can be provided if you have experience on other accounting software packages.
