Customer Management Resourcing (CMR) is a boutique recruitment consultancy that specialise in mid & executive level roles within 'Customer Management'. This includes all management or analytical roles surrounding Contact Centres, Customer Experience & A.I.

Our client based in Morley are currently seeking a Customer Service Team Leader based in Morley on a permanent basis. As part of the Customer Service team, you will be responsible for leading, coaching and managing a team of customer service associates. You will be also be responsible for the operational and regulatory compliance of your team.

Key Responsibilities:

·Leading and motivating your team on a day-to-day basis to do the right thing for customers and the business

·Managing the performance of team members

·Developing relationships with colleagues across the business

·Ensuring operational and regulatory compliance requirements are understood and monitored (e.g. Ofcom, FCA)

·Keeping your team focused on identifying process, service and cost improvements

·Liaising with the planning and real time teams to make decisions around resourcing and work allocation to optimise the performance of your team and the service to customers.

Experience Required:

·Experience leading teams in a customer-focused contact centre

·Strong knowledge of the financial industry

·Listening and written communication

·Working in a lively, fast-paced team environment

·Identifying problems and finding solutions

·Able to coach your team in all of the above
