Do you have the ability to drive and motivate a team of Project Managers?

The Redline Group have a fantastic opportunity for an Interim Head of Projects to work with our client, a leading contracting company within chemical, process, oil & gas and nuclear, for a 6-month contract.
The role of the Interim Head of Projects will be to ensure timely delivery of programme approved engineering projects. To lead and develop a team of experienced Project Managers and play a key role in developing Project Management processes.
To be successful within this role it is essential your experience includes management of a team of project managers to ensure an on-time delivery of multiple engineering projects.

Key skills and experiences required for the Interim Head of Projects
Project management qualifications such as Prince2 or APM
In-depth experience of developing high performing project management teams, project processes
Proven track record of delivering multiple complex projects on time to SHEQ standards
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence customers and motivate teams.
A background delivering engineering projects within Chemical, Nuclear or the Oil & Gas sector is preferred
Managing multiple projects at once across different industries
