Position: Digital Delivery Manager
Location: Darwen, Lancashire
Job type: Full Time, Permanent
Hours: 37.5 hours per week
Salary: £25,000 to £30,000 per annum

About the role:

The Digital Delivery Manager will be responsible for implementing the strategic direction of TV Licensing’s Self-Serve channels. Working with senior business stakeholders and acting as the primary contact for business change, this role will have primary responsibility for realising additional benefit from Self-Service and Automation.


- Supporting the creation and delivery of the Digital Strategy and the delivery and evolution of a pipeline of change activity across Self-Serve channels
- Responsible for communicating changes to Self-Serve across all levels of the business
- Enabling the business to maximise opportunities to reduce cost and increase the proportion of served contacts across TVL
- Working closely with Change Management, the Delivery Manager will assess the impact of business change requests on both the current business processes and existing IT systems, and will liaise with business users to clearly define the anticipated business benefits
- Assist or lead in the creation of project documentation, including business requirement catalogues and LLD / HLD documents
- Ensuring the company's Digital Operations deliverables and completed on time, and to the highest standard, ensuring the wider team is in the best position to deliver against clear requirements
- Plan and manage projects pragmatically balancing business and technology requirements, ensuring that scope, time frame, quality, cost and risk targets are achieved
- Analyse, interpret and report the results of traffic demographics, providing figures and MI to support business needs and analysing existing system MI, error and exception reports to identify business improvements

About you:

- Management of (digital) change delivery within a large organisation
- Preferred experience of delivery on a web and / or IVR channel
- Drive outcomes across multiple workstreams
- Able to demonstrate strong relationship management skills
- Prince 2 or equivalent qualification
