Brand new role! A brand new team member is needed to join a very busy insurance broker's close-knit Commercial Insurance team. The broker is well established, growing dynamically and offers real progression! Are you bright, enthusiastic, thrive in a busy sales environment and enjoy achieving personal and team goals? Do you have proven sales and customer service experience in the Commercial sector? Have you used the Acturis insurance software?

There is great insurance training, plus the Chartered Insurance Institution Diploma (CII Diploma), which is funded by the employer, plus 20 training modules that you are mentored through, backed up with some self-study plus an NVQ Level 2 in Insurance.

The role is a great blend of admin, organisational, IT & case management skills, re-prioritising a changing, evolving personal workload - also exemplary customer service and lots of customer contact in a customer facing role, sourcing and presenting insurance solutions tailored to meet each customer's very individual needs.

The role is about giving your customers better, cheaper or more comprehensive insurance cover for all commercial classes of insurance. The role is varied and ever changing - no two days alike! There is a Business Development component, working with introducers and networking throughout the business community.

You will win each customer's trust and loyalty through a listening approach, great customer service and your memorable personality and attention to detail.

There is no cold-calling or telesales. There ARE lots of warm and hot leads, referrals, reccomendations and close customer contact. You will be part of a very friendly, VERY professional team.

The hours are 8.30 am to 5.30 pm Monday - Friday plus some Saturday mornings 8.30 to 12 midday (on a rota, between 3 in 4 and every other Saturday morning).
