Are you a graduate looking for a pathway into special needs education? Prospero Teaching are working with a SEN school in the Stockport area wishing to recruit a Sen Teaching assistant. This is an ideal opportunity to gain invaluable classroom experience for individuals wishing to begin a career in the education sector. Whilst working as a SEN Teaching Assistant you will be required to facilitate and support learners with a range of additional needs, including severe learning disabilities and non-verbal communication needs.

Contract Details -
* Location - Cheadle, Stockport
* Position -Teaching Assistant
* Type of work - SEN support
* Contract/Position Start Date - Immediate
* Duration/Likely Duration - Ongoing
* Contract Type - Temporary - Permanent
* Full Time/Part Time - Full Time
* Minimum Rate of Pay - 7.83 p/h
* Hours - 8.30am - 4pm, Monday - Friday

Experience, Training Qualifications
* Level 1 safeguarding (we can provide training)
* GSCE Grade 'C' in Math's and English

To be eligible for this role through Prospero Teaching, you must:
* Hold right to work in the UK
* Hold an enhanced DBS certificate checked against Children & Adults on the update service or be willing to process a new application
* Provide two professional references
