You’ll enjoy building relationships and have a passion for customer service, superb communication skills, and a diligent ethic are a must. You’ll be good at multitasking: working on many things for different clients at once, you’ll have to prioritise the right work at the right time.

What you’ll be doing…

  • Making outbound calls to clients including regular check-ins on performance
  • Provide file updates and resolve any issues the client may have
  • Helping with generating repeated debt placement from existing client base.
  • Present recommendation to improve the overall quality of completed work.
  • Develop tools to support in the improvement of overall quality e.g. help sheets, guidance notes etc.
  • Support managers during client visits, including the preparation for the meeting, involvement in meetings and supporting the visit quality needs identified in such meetings, as required.
  • Collating and compiling monthly visit quality information
  • Working closely with internal departments including Sales, Collections and Legal Recoveries and Field to resolve client queries.
  • Aim to respond to all client requests quickly
  • Attend team meetings, share customer feedback, highlight potential issues and contribute to continuous service improvement activity.
  • Helping with generating repeated debt placement from existing client base.
  • Present recommendation to improve the overall quality of completed work.

What you’ll need…

To be successful in this role, you’ll ideally need previous experience in a client facing role in a fast-paced industry like ours. You’ll also need to be a proactive people person with an ability to self-motivate.
