Job description below;
HIGH EXPIERENCE – Payroll Manager 50-60K / Permanent / Full Time – Basingstoke, HAMPSHIRE

Main Duties;

• Monthly payroll duties (but not limited to): Calculating statutory payments, processing month end and year end, processing HMRC forms (ie P45, P60), liaising with employees and external in regards to queries, pensions, healthcare and childcare vouchers etc.

• Continuous improvement, development and streamline of processes to provide a more functional and efficient payroll

• Managing benefits

• Liaising with the Finance Department regarding specific payments

• Act as first POC for the business in regards to payroll and benefit issues

• POC for external authorities

• Assisting with key manager in reviewing policies and procedures

• Amending and maintaining procedures

• Keeping in line with industry changes, regulations and best practice

• Data reporting and information gathering regarding company policy and data protection

• Reconciliation of pension contributions and resolving any issues.

Essential / Desirable;

• Advanced Excel

• Ability to make manual payroll calculations

• Full end to end UK and International Payroll experience
