KS1 Teacher required for Good Primary School in Cheltenham to start after Easter

A good Primary school based in Cheltenham with a very good reputation within the local market. It is a large primary school with over 400 pupils. The KS1 department are high achieving regularly surpassing initial expectations for children and work well together regularly sharing best practice for KS1. The school have high expectations for pupils in both their work and behaviour which has been recognised by numerous inspections. The school encourage and reward good behaviour and provide a supportive environment for both teachers and pupils.
Your new role
You will be responsible for teaching a class of 30 Year 2 pupils with the support of a KS1 Teaching Assistant. This role is to start after February half term on a full time basis
What you'll need to succeed
The school are looking for someone who has experience teaching in KS1, within Year 2 would be beneficial however not essential. Be an outstanding practitioner with the ability to inspire and drive children to achieving their goals. You must hold QTS and have reference able teaching experience within the last 5 years.
