HRIS Data & Analyst
My client is an International world-leading manufacturing business, who are rapidly expanding. They have a requirement to work in their Global HR shared service team. The HRIS & Data Analyst will ensure that the Global HR Systems are supported, maintained and in a fully working state for end users (in the Global HR team). The main focus of the role is providing support for the Global HR Information Systems in addition to other project-based work. The ideal candidate will act as the technical point of contact, ensuring the data integrity and systems usage. In addition to supporting system testing and other technical projects.
We are looking for candidates with the following skills -
• Experience in supporting internal HR or Payroll Systems
• Experience of HR or Payroll systems implementations
• Advanced knowledge of Excel - pivot tables, table & formatting, advanced charting & macros
