The business are thriving and have impressive growth plans in place for 2019 therefore seek passionate and service focused Finance Assistants to join their talented finance department working between their two sites in Lancashire and Greater Manchester.
Your New Role
As Finance Assistant you will take full responsibility for processing purchase invoices and credit notes, preparing supplier payments and reconciling supplier statements. You will also resolve supplier queries, create new accounts and administer petty cash, credit card and staff expense transactions. In addition to these duties you will support the Finance Manager in debt collection and producing month end reports.

My client seeks a dynamic and flexible individual who is happy to turn their hand to any task to meet the needs of the business. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential to enable you to provide a quality service alongside the ability to organise and prioritise your own high volume workload. You will require your own transport in order to travel between the two sites.
