Academics are currently recruiting for a number of SEN Support Workers to aid in the care of vulnerable and at risk adults

Academics are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children and young people. All post holders are subject to a satisfactory enhanced DBS check

Having the ability to communicate effectively with and to understand people who have limited speech and language issue's

* Would be beneficial to have experience in dealing with challenging behaviour

* Have experience of, or are willing to support with personal care

* Supporting individuals to take part in their interests and activities

The ideal candidate will have experience working with adults with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD). You will be a positive role model with a genuine passion for promoting the wellbeing of the adults under your care. This role will involve shift work, working on a 12hr shift basis to suit the needs of the service users and the company.
