Recovery and Restructure Associate's in one of Aldermore's largest teams, Asset Finance, have helped us to become the industry's specialist lender of choice. This is an exciting new role within Aldermore, reporting to the Collections Manager within the Asset Finance Recoveries Team, the Recovery and Restructure Associate will be responsible for supporting the Senior Recovery Associates. This is a varied role with a key focus on Service Level Agreements (SLA's), governance, compliance and regulations as well as working with customers, suppliers, brokers, introducers and internal colleagues either by telephone, electronically or face to face. This role will also support the Collections team with collecting overdue amounts due to Aldermore through effective case handling.
This role will predominately be a travelling role with requirements to be in the Reading office and options to work from home. Aldermore's clients that we are working with are based throughout the UK and the position holder will be required to visit clients as and when required.
We are looking for someone with a strong background in Asset Finance recoveries who is a strong communicator to work closely with both clients and internal teams.
The right candidate will be results driven and able to self-motivate as they will be working alone on a regular basis.
This role requires regular travel so a full UK driving license will be required.
