The Opportunity

My client are leaders in their field and with a series of recent high profile acquisitions under their belt, it’s never been a better time to get involved. Reporting directly into the CMO, you’ll be responsible for driving delivery of the customer loyalty strategy across the business. This is a high growth area for the business, as they strive to deliver market-leading incentives direct to the customer. This provides a rare opportunity for a strategic leader to truly make their mark! For a CRM/Insight expert who is at the top of their game, this is an opportunity no to miss out on.

You would be based out of the Office in South Wales for at least 3 days a week with the other 2 days based in London.

Knowledge and Experience

• Customer loyalty and CRM experience, including a proven track record of managing a team across multiple brands

• Solid understanding of customer acquisition

• Understanding of customer insight

• Ability to make business decisions and drive innovation within customer marketing channels

• Experience of applying customer segmentation and insight to implement and optimise campaigns

• Significant technical expertise along with CRM and analytical tools
