Accounts Assistant - Freight
Accounts Assistant required to join medium sized forwarder based in Colnbrook
Candidate is required to have a minimum of 1 years experience in the below.
Sales Ledger Duties:
- Raising sale invoices
- Sending customer statements
- Assisting customers with invoice queries
Purchase Ledger Duties:
- Logging purchase invoices
- Checking passing cost
- Raising queries
- Statement reconciliations
Plus general administration duties.
Must have experience with: Outlook, Excel and Sage. BoxTop experience would be advantageous.
Hours are Monday to Friday 09:00 till 17:30
Salary is between £18,000 - £19,500 depending on experience
