A great opportunity has arisen for a Finance Assistant / Bookkeeper to join this privately owned jewellery, accessories and resort wear design company based in London.

Within this role you will be responsible for providing the Finance Director with key support on daily operations. This will be a busy role requiring excellent attention to detail and using multiple systems.
Key responsibilities:
*Processing daily invoicing and PO management
*Inputting and updating financial data onto online systems (Xero, Apparel Magic, bespoke databases)
*Producing, communicating and chasing invoices for suppliers and customers
*Maintaining effective working relationship with customers and suppliers and answering queries
*Reconciling customer and supplier statements on a regular basis
*Preparing weekly payments for authorisation
*Preparing any reports requested regarding sales ledgers and ageing analysis on a regular basis
*Inputting expenses receipts
*Maintaining accurate and clear filing system

Experience, Knowledge and Skills required:
*You must have a minimum of 2 years accounts experience gained within a similar commercial environment
*Currently studying AAT or equivalent
*Proven communication skills, verbal and written
*You will be highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Able to work under pressure to given deadlines
*A can do attitude is essential
*Experience of Xero and Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Excel and Word
*Experience of Apparel Magic would advantageous
