We are recruiting an experienced Finance Executive on behalf on our client based on the outskirts of Cardiff.If you are looking for a new challenge and career progression , this is an amazing opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Processing incoming invoices
  • Sales & Purchase Ledger
  • Chasing overdue debtor balances
  • Chasing remittances
  • PAYE
  • Trial Balance
  • Expenses
  • Sub contractor payments
  • Processing incoming payments
  • Reconciling supplier and customer accounts
  • Bank Reconciliations
  • Month End- Post remainder of bank charges
  • Sage utilisation and management
  • Reconciling the fixed assets
  • Cash- Monthly bank reconciliation
  • Update suppliers on system.
  • Answering telephone and dealing with general queries
  • Post management.

Essential Skills:

  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills with demonstrable experience
  • Able to work in a fast moving environment as part of a team
  • IT skills, Microsoft Office suite particularly Excel and Sage Line 50
  • Very organised, strong attention to detail
  • Time management
  • Good credit control
  • Can study towards AAT or have attained AAT
  • Experience in using Sage - Inputting self billing invoices, inputting overhead invoices, scanning invoices.
  • Sage Payroll 20 to 25
  • Sage Line 50 Accounts
