Person Specification
For this Science Teacher role, you must be an energetic Science Teacher who has the drive to cultivate a positive approach in your class through your own passion for Science. Science NQTs or experienced Science Teachers are both encouraged to apply. The most suitable Science Teacher will be able to prove their exceptional classroom practice and create a positive learning environment for their pupils. The successful Science Teacher will have the skill and the vision needed to differentiate each of their learning objectives in order to promote pupil confidence.

About the Role
At this forward-thinking school, you will be moving into a supportive and successful Science Department headed up by an effective Head of Department. You shall be allocated classes from Key Stage 3 to Key Stage 5, meeting the requirements of the curriculum and fully preparing all pupils for their GCSE and A-Levels. Your duties will include focusing on the individual needs and capabilities of all of your pupils, ensuring that no child is left behind but equally pushing the most talented students to achieve their maximum potential.
