Internal Technical Support Technician
Adecco are seeking an Internal Technical Support Technician for our client to provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to customers.
You will be liaising with customers within targeted response times to resolve technical issues with systems whilst ensuring the support telephone line is answered within a timely manner and in line with company requirements.
Providing excellent 1st and 2nd line support including telephone advice and direct remote connection and intervention where required.
You will also ensure all calls/issues are logged and updated on the company in-house system in an accurate and timely fashion.
