I am working with a growing business in the Crewe area to recruit an experienced Payroll Administrator.
You will act as the payroll coordinator between the business and the payroll bureau and duties will include:
dealing with starter and leavers
collating payroll data from weekly timesheets from workers within the business ensuring hours and shifts are entered correctly onto the system for up to 1500 employees
liaising with the payroll bureau to ensure all data is correct and making any necessary changes
uploading payroll to the bank
dealing with internal queries
Applicants should have experience working either in a payroll bureau or in a in-house payroll team and have a solid understanding of PAYE, NI and you should be up to date with the latest legislation in regards to statutory payments and be able to process pensions and RTI.
