Internal Support Technician
1st / 2nd Line Technical Support Tiverton, Devon £18k
Do you have experience in providing 1st / 2nd Line support and technical customer service?
Liaising with customers to resolve technical issues on internal systems to deadlines / KPI's
Providing telephone support to 1st and 2nd line technical issues, remote connection where required
After appropriate training providing out of hours 2nd line support
Logging call issues accurately and in a timely fashion
Escalating unresolved issues to engineer or manager
Offer maintenance contracts to non-contract customers
Product training will be given
Hours of work 8am - 5pm Monday to Thursday / 8am - 4pm Friday (out of hours support also required)
