We are a small, informal, graphic design team with big ideas, ambition and a 20 year trading history.

We’re based in Peckham (Asylum Road, just off the Old Kent Road, SE15). The nearest train station is Queens Road (10 minutes walk away) and we have on-site parking onsite.

We are looking to recruit an administrator/junior account manager to help with the day-to-day running of our blue chip clients.

Reporting to the client service director, the successful candidate will (ultimately) take responsibility for managing projects from the initial briefing through completion (including estimating, scheduling, briefing creative, participation in brainstorms and invoicing).

We recognise that the candidate is likely to require training in design/production. The training will be a mixture of on the job experience, in-house sessions and external courses. All we ask is that any candidate is genuinely interested in design and enthusiastic about learning new skills.

Candidate attributes

Ideally educated to A level, with a minimum of Grade C GCSEs in English Language and Maths.

Candidates will appreciate that communications is a service industry, therefore being totally customer-centric, strong diplomacy skills are a must.

Any candidates must be genuinely able to meet the following attributes:

  • Confident communication skills - both verbal and written

  • Big on commitment - wanting to see a job through no matter what

  • Thrive on multi-tasking and working under pressure

  • Outgoing and confident, dealing with people is a key part of the role

Salary package

In line with company policy the final candidate will be employed on a probationary basis for a three month period.

  • Initial starting salary £21k to 24k (depending on experience).
  • Pension - we’ll match your contributions between 3% and 5%

  • Discretionary annual bonus
