Purchase Ledger Clerk


A brand new role for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk for a well established multi-disciplinary consultancy firm. A varied role that will encompass all elements of Purchase Ledger.


Location - Orpington - Within walking distance of the train station

Salary - £18,000 - £21,000 + Benefits

Permanent role - (9am-5pm)


What will your role involve?

  • Recording all invoices onto sage
  • Payment of invoices by BACS / cheque,
  • Chasing outstanding invoices
  • Checking monthly expenses (signatures and receipts) initiating payment by BACS
  • Reconciliation of Credit card statements and posting to Ledger
  • Filing of invoices/expenses once paid

All we require from you is previous experience in a Purchase Ledger based role, ideally with experience of using Sage.
