The Role

Our client is currently recruiting for a Part Time Purchase Ledger Assistant to join a busy Accounts team based in Wrexham. Your role will involve accurate entry of purchase orders and supplier invoices, performing regular reconciliations of purchase ledger to supplier statements, ad hoc accounts administration and reporting into the Finance Manager.

Key responsibilities will include:

* Processing of purchase orders

* Matching and batching invoices.

* Investigating supplier queries and resolving discrepancies.

* Reconciling key customer accounts, check and reconcile supplier statements.

* Ad-hoc administration duties.

The Candidate
The ideal Purchase Ledger Clerk will have the following skills abilities:

* Accounts experience

* Purchase ledger experience (desired not essential)

* Knowledge of MS Office

* The ability to meet tight deadlines

* Good communication skills both written and verbal
