Temporary Accounts Assistant role based in Glenrothes for the next 6-8 weeks.

Your new company

Manufacturing company based in Glenrothes with an urgent requirement for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join them over the next few weeks. This temporary job is due to staff shortage so the nature of the duration at this stage is unknown but will be for at least 6-8 weeks.

Your new role

Duties includes but are not limited to managing petty cash, daily banking, reconciliations of bank accounts, payroll services, HMRC communication, credit control, invoicing and Sales/Purchase ledger maintenance.

What you'll need to succeed

To be considered you must an experienced Accounts Assistant who is immediately available to support my client through this busy period. Working knowledge of Sage is required along with strong Excel. Strong communication skills both written and verbal are required along with a good team player attitude.

What you'll get in return
