1st Line Support / Helpdesk Analyst

Exciting opportunity in York to join a busy Service Desk and deal with a varied workload of incidents and requests for a leading UK business. Would suit candidates with IT qualifications and customer service experience and commercial IT experience in a Helpdesk, Services Desk, IT Technician or similar roles is desrable. Technical Skills

You will have experience of working with technologies including:

- Windows Operating Systems
- Active Directory
- Microsoft Exchange / Outlook / Office / Office 365
- VMWare
- Mobile Device Management (MDM)
- Anti-Virus
- Voice Systems / Telephony

Key duties
Delivering great customer service your duties will include logging calls and provide 1st line support ensuring that all owned incidents and requests are resolved in accordance with their Service Level Agreement (SLA).
