Job Title: Marketing Assistant

Salary:£20,000-22.000

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 8.30am-5pm

We are currently recruiting on behalf of our thriving clients who are a successful manufacturing company. As a market leader they embody extensive experience in design an innovation. They are looking for a dynamic, vibrant candidate who is looking for an exciting opportunity to join their marketing department.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting the Marketing Director with exhibitions and events and producing marketing reports.

* Implementing the companies marketing campaigns.

* Responsible for ensuring marketing material is kept up to date.

* Working closely with the internal sales team and liaising with other departments for literature information.

* Responsible for running marketing campaigns

* Creating marketing pipelines

* Conducting market research to analysis and evaluate findings

* Regular attend exhibitions and shows to market the company

* Responsible for updating the company’s website, social media and its content

* Assist with preparing and key seasonal and presentation templates

* Develop and manage social media strategy for companies own brand

* Manage all point of sale

* Project management of exhibitions

* Planning & co-ordinating all aspects of events

* Create monthly marketing newsletter

* Support in preparation for key customer meetings

* Business development and client management and account management

* Updating websites with the latest logos, exhibitors and timetables

* Working with the marketing team to deliver marketing plans.

Essential Skills:

* Experience and the ability to communicate on all levels of business.

* Confident phone manner

* Enthusiastic and self motivated.

* A keen interest in marketing, ideally with a bit of experience in a marketing role.

* Experience of exhibitions is highly beneficial but not essential

* Ability to build strong Client Relationships and thrive in a competitive and dynamic team.

* You will be self-motivated, organised with attention to detail and an excellent communicator Strong time management.

* Effective negotiation and closing skills.

* Ability to work effectively under pressure.

* Quick learner.

* Digitally savvy.

* Exceptional communication skills.

* Creative flair

* A professional approach to dealing with customers and excellent people skills to excel at selling the range of products and services to new and existing customers is paramount along with the resilience and passion to succeed.

Highly desirable:

* Marketing Degree

* Chartered Institute Marketing
