My client are a well-established facilities services company based in the Coalville area, who are looking for an accounts-experienced administrator to join them as soon as possible, on a temporary basis to cover maternity leave until October at the earliest, potentially longer.

You will be working Monday - Friday 08.30 - 16.30 (37 hours per week), and pay is between £8.50 and £10.00 per hour depending on skills and experience.

The purpose of the role is predominantly to assist in the entry of timesheets on to their payroll system, as well as carrying out accounting, purchasing and order processing within the team.

To be considered for this role you must:

* Have experience using Sage Line 50

* Have a thorough understanding of accounting processes

* Have a 'can-do' attitude with an eye for detail

* Have excellent word processing, excel and power point skill
