NEW BUSINESS ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Based in Maidstone.

Our client a specialist commercial insurance broker are looking for a new business account executive to join their successful sales team.

Salary range £ 22,000 – £ 26,000 basic (DOE) + bonus (structure)

Full technical training provided with the potential opportunity to undertake CERT CII qualifications.

The working days are Monday to Friday.

Job Role:

* Be proactive with selling quotes to new clients, both supplied and self sourced leads.

* Build a welcoming induction and create relationships with new clients.

* Aim to exceed set targets and contribute as a valued team member.

* Comply with all rules and regulations around the role.

* Actively attempt to deliver a memorable service to ensure the client is felt valued.

* Maintain all customer records accurately for future reference, this includes creating quotations, setting up records, issuing documents and diary management.

Required Skills:

* Confident telephone manner.

* Excellent Communication Skills.

* 2 Year’s sales experience, preferably in personal lines or commercial insurance.

* Ability to work towards and achieve targets.

* A committed and driven individual looking to succeed in the insurance industry.
