Senior Sales Negotiator / New Homes Negotiator
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced residential or new homes sales negotiator or valuer to join a progressive and forward thinking Estate Agency brand in the South Devon area with OTE up to £25,000 pa.
Our client is looking for a senior sales negotiator / valuer and new homes negotiator to join them to cover the areas from Exeter to Newton Abbot and surrounding areas. They will consider all levels of experience as long as you have done some estate Agency or New Homes work recently. They are looking for sharp and driven individuals who would like to work for a friendly firm who can offer them real career progression. You will have your own car and a desire to be working with the best in the Industry.
This is a really exciting opportunity for candidates looking also for a high level of earning potential. Basic salaries are £16-19,000 with OTE's in the region of £22,000 (residential sales) for less experienced candidates and up to £25,000 for senior neg / valuers in residential. Up to £27,000 / 30,000 for new homes.
