Finance Manager - Bristol

Robert Half are working exclusively with an SME situated in Bristol city centre, that have been growing year on year for the last decade.


Key responsibilities of the Finance Manager in this position will involve:
  • Draw up future business plans and forecasts along with on going budgeting
  • Ensuring the companies spend is in line with the allocated budgets
  • Production of financial statements and corporation tax
  • Overseeing the companies complete payroll process
  • Partnering with the wider business and discussing financial information
  • Ongoing liaising with the banks
  • KPI management and reporting results to the directorship
  • Management of a small transactional finance team

  • ACCA/CIMA/ACA qualified or Qualified By Experience
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel
  • Strong leadership, communication and management skills (stakeholder relationships)
  • Vigorous work ethic and happy to be hands on where required

Salary & Benefits

£45,000 - £50,000 + additional benefits
